Bacon-Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head lettuce
    1/2 lb. crisp bacon
    2 to 3 chopped apples
    2 chopped green onions
    croutons
    1/4 c. oil
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
    Crumble fried crisp bacon.
    Core and chop apples.
    Cut green onions into small pieces. Mix first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; mix.
    Mix oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic powder (to taste).
    Toss salad with oil mixture.
