Sauerkraut Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sauerkraut, drained and chopped
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
    1/2 c. dry, very fine bread crumbs
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and form into a ball.
    Making frosting using 8 ounces cream cheese and 2 tablespoons milk.
    Spread this mixture on ball.
    Garnish with olives and parsley.
    Let stand in refrigerator overnight for flavors to blend.
