Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 eggs, beaten
8 slices bread, cubed (no crusts)
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 lb. sausage, browned, drained and crumbled
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk
Preparation

Layer bread cubes in 13 x 9-inch greased (Pam) pan, then sausage.
Mix egg, milk and dry mustard and pour over sausage. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Refrigerate overnight.
Cook, covered with foil.
Start in cold oven.
Cook in 350\u00b0 oven until set and light brown around edges (approximately 30 minutes). Great served with salsa.
