"Stuffing Lasagna" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 c. spaghetti sauce, divided
    1/2 c. water
    3 c. Stove Top chicken flavor stuffing mix in canister
    1 egg
    1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat.
    Add 1 cup of the sauce and water; bring to boil.
    Add stuffing mix, stir just to moisten.
    Remove from heat.
    Beat egg in medium bowl; stir in Ricotta and Parmesan cheese, spoon 1/2 of stuffing mixture evenly into 8-inch square baking dish.
    Spoon half of the cheese mixture over stuffing mixture.
    Top with 1/2 cup each Mozzarella cheese and sauce.
    Repeat layers with remaining stuffing and cheese mixture (1/2 cup sauce and 1 cup Mozzarella cheese). Bake 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
