Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked pie crust (9-inch)
4 apples (Granny Smith), peeled and sliced
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice to taste
Preparation

Place apples in unbaked crust.
Pat butter over top of apples. Sprinkle sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice over top.
Cover with unbaked crust.
Cut slits in top and brush with butter and sugar. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
