Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. boiled chicken, cut off bone
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Ro-Tel, diced
1 small bag nacho chips
cheese
Preparation

Mix in large bowl chicken, chicken soup, mushroom soup and Ro-Tel; stir well.
Crush nacho chips and add to mixture.
Put in a casserole dish and cook about 20 to 30 minutes or until it's hot all the way through.
Remove from oven and top with cheese.
Put back into oven until cheese is melted.
