Lemon Butter Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. soft butter
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
dash of salt
1 c. confectioners sugar

Preparation

Blend all ingredients together; beat until smooth and fluffy. If necessary, thin with a few drops of milk.
