Rice And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 bunches broccoli
8 to 10 chopped green onions
3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
3/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
2 cans mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
2 beef bouillon cubes
paprika
Preparation

Cook broccoli and beef bouillon cubes until tender.
Butter a casserole and add drained broccoli.
Sprinkle with onion and pour soup and sour cream over top.
Sprinkle mixed cheese over top. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
