Whipped Chocolate Cream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. heavy cream
    1 1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips (8 oz. pkg.)
Preparation
    Heat cream in pan over medium heat until boiling.
    Add chocolate chips.
    Remove from heat and stir with rubber spatula until melted and smooth.
    Put in a large mixing bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours, stirring twice, until just chilled. Beat with mixer until soft peaks form.
    Don't overbeat as cream will continue to thicken after a few minutes at room temperature.
