German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    6 slices bacon
    1 medium onion
    1/4 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 green pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes.
    Cool and slice.
    In separate pan cube and fry. Add other ingredients in order given.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cook until clear, then add sliced potatoes.
    Simmer at least one hour. Serve hot.
    Serves 4 people.
