Basic Broiled Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish steaks or thick fillets (cod, grouper, halibut, mahi mahi, marlin, monkfish, snapper, salmon, shark, swordfish or tuna)
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Place steaks or thick fillets in a single layer on a preheated and greased broiler pan.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish.
    Broil 4 to 6 minutes; turn and baste with sauce. Broil until fish flakes, 4 to 5 more minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
