Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 c. milk (buttermilk)
    1/4 c. oil
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small chopped onion
    1 small jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz
    1 bag mild Mexican shredded cheese
Preparation
    Open the bag and eat, eat, eat!
