Granola(Cold Cereal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. oatmeal
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. honey
    1/3 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. cashews
    1 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 c. sunflower seeds (kernels)
Preparation
    Heat oatmeal 10 minutes in a 250\u00b0 oven.
    Combine coconut, wheat germ and cinnamon with oatmeal.
    Add together honey, oil and vanilla.
    Stir into dry ingredients until coated.
    (This can all be mixed and baked on a large cookie sheet!) Bake 15 to 20 minutes, stirring often.
    Add cashews and sunflower seeds.
    Bake 5 minutes more.
    Toss raisins in brown sugar and add.
    Store in airtight container.
