Crab Louis In Avocado Halves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg yolk
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. red wine vinegar
    1/2 c. peanut or vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. chili sauce
    1/4 c. chopped scallions
    4 large stuffed green olives, chopped (1/4 c.)
    salt and pepper
    1 lb. lump crab
    4 ripe avocados
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Put yolk in mixing bowl; add mustard, Worcestershire sauce and vinegar.
    Beat with wire whisk.
    Add oil gradually, beating rapidly when thickened.
    Add chili sauce, scallions and olives. Season with salt and pepper.
    Put crab in mixing bowl; add half sauce.
    Mix gently.
    Split avocados in half and discard the pits. Pile equal portions of crab into avocado halves.
    Spoon remaining sauce over.
    Serve on lettuce leaves.
