Holland Cheese Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. shredded Gouda or Edam cheese
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    firm pumpernickel, crumbled into fine crumbs
    finely minced parsley
Preparation
    Cream butter.
    Combine butter, cheese and paprika.
    Shape into small balls.
    Roll half in crumbs and half in finely minced parsley.
    Chill.
    Makes 24.
