Spinach Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen leaf spinach, cooked and drained
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. oil
    1 small can chopped olives
    1/4 lb. sliced pepperoni
    American cheese
    1 lb. dough (let rise)
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    Stretch and flatten dough into a large baking sheet.
    Place pepperoni down the center only of the dough.
    Top with spinach mixture, then slices of American cheese. Cut 1-inch strips along both sides of spinach mixture.
    Using 1 strip each on opposite sides, pick up and tie (similar to a shoe lace) and tuck excess dough underneath.
