Baked Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant, peeled and sliced
    1 c. flour
    5 eggs
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs and milk together.
    Dip eggplant in egg mixture and then in flour. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
