Pork Chop Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    flour
    cooking oil
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. chopped green pepper
    1 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Sprinkle chops lightly with flour.
    Cook in skillet with small amount of oil until brown; set aside to keep warm.
    Brown onion in skillet; add tomatoes, seasonings and green pepper.
    Return chops to sauce; cook slowly until thickened.
    Place rice on platter; cover with chops.
    Pour sauce over all.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
