Sour Cream Maple Walnut Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 c. sour cream
    3/4 tsp. maple extract
    1 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Grease and flour muffin tins.
    Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together.
    Add egg, sour cream and maple extract. Stir just until blended.
    Stir in nuts.
    Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Let set 15 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Makes 1 dozen.
