Coconut Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1 can Angel Flake coconut
    12 tart shells
Preparation
    Melt 1 stick of margarine; let cool. Add sugar.
    Mix lemon juice, vanilla, eggs and coconut.
    Mix by hand.
    Put in tart shells 2/3 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Let cool.
