Pork Chops And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans sauerkraut, rinsed well
    2 large chopped onions
    6 strips bacon
    6 pork chops
    1 1/2 Tbsp. caraway seed
    1/2 c. chicken or beef broth or 1/2 c. white wine
Preparation
    Saute onions in frypan, set aside.
    Cook bacon and set aside. Drain grease and brown pork chops on both sides.
    Mix sauerkraut, onions, crumbled bacon and caraway seed, tossing well.
    Line a casserole dish with sauerkraut mixture.
    Before putting pork chops on top, add chicken or beef broth or white wine.
    Top with browned chops and bake, covered, for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
