Asparagus With Sunshine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh asparagus
    1/4 c. Sauterne or other dry white wine
    1 Tbsp. onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
Preparation
    Cook asparagus.
    In small saucepan, pour wine over onion. Stir in lemon juice and mayonnaise; heat just to boiling.
    Gently stir in eggs.
    Serve hot over spears.
