Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust
    6 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. pumpkin or squash
Preparation
    Beat cheese and sugar first, then add rest of ingredients. Pour into shell and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
