Pecan Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    3 tsp. vanilla
    Pinch of salt
    1 1/2 c. pecans, halved
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    1 unbaked pie shell (9 inch)
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, beat eggs.
    Add sugar, corn syrup, butter, vanilla, and salt; mix well.
    Stir in pecans and coconut.
    Pour into pastry shell.
    Make a domed cover with foil.
    Bake 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Uncover, bake 10-15 minutes longer or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
    Cool.
    Serves 6-8.
