Shirley'S Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 large apples
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. butter
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. orange juice
1 c. black walnuts
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Peel apples and slice thin.
Mix apples with sugar and cinnamon.
Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
