Golden Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium size sweet potatoes, cut into halves or quarters (about 2 lb.)
    12 (3 oz.) marshmallows
    3 to 4 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 to 1/2 c. cream or rich milk
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cook sweet potatoes and mash.
    Whip in butter and milk; add sugar, salt and spices.
    Fold in 1/2 cut up marshmallows.
    Pile lightly in casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes; remove and add rest of marshmallows on top.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer, until marshmallows brown.
