Potatoes Romanoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
1 c. sour cream
4 green onions, sliced
1 1/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
paprika
Preparation

Grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cook potatoes in jackets until tender.
Peel and shred.
Combine with sour cream, onions, 3/4 cup cheese, salt and pepper. Turn into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika.
Can be refrigerated until time to bake. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
