Carrot Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced
    1/2 c. melted butter
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Cook carrots in small amount of water until tender, then drain. Combine carrots and butter in container of electric blender. Blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Blend well. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1 or 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
