Ingredients

12 carrots, cooked
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
1 can frozen orange juice
Preparation

Cook sugar, water and cornstarch for 3 minutes.
Remove from stove and add orange juice and lemon juice to taste.
Pour over carrots.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until thoroughly heated.
