Squash Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow squash
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 grated carrot
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small bag herb seasoned crumbs
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash and drain.
    Mash and add sour cream, soup, carrot, onion, salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle a layer of crumbs in a shallow casserole dish.
    Spoon squash mixture over crumbs.
    Cover with additional crumbs and dot with butter or margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
