Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans hot chili beans
1 pkg. flour tortilla shells
2 cans Ro-Tel with diced tomatoes
1 can mild enchilada sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 pkg. sliced cheese
1 pkg. shredded cheese
Preparation

Brown ground beef; drain grease.
Add beans and Ro-Tel.
Cook a few minutes, then add Cheddar cheese soup.
Simmer 30 to 40 minutes.
Place shells in large baking dish.
Add some of the hamburger mixture.
Top with cheese slices.
Add shells, hamburger mixture and cheese slices.
When you are through layering casserole, pour enchilada sauce over it and grated cheese to top it all.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
