Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    uncooked spaghetti
    2 cans creamed soup (chicken, celery or mushroom)
    1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
    4 large chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
    1 can mushrooms, chopped
Preparation
    Saut onion, bell pepper and celery in butter.
    Add soup, tomatoes, mushrooms, cheese and chicken in a large pot.
    Simmer for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in the leftover chicken broth.
    Combine spaghetti and sauce.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 300\u00b0.
