Polar Bear Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped fine
    1 egg
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. ground pecans
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream
    1 c. toffee pieces (Heath bars)
Preparation
    Mix apple, egg, flour, sugar, baking powder and pecans well by hand.
    Pour into 1 (8-inch) round cake pan (well-greased).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Cool.
    Fill with vanilla ice cream. Top with broken toffee pieces.
    Drizzle with chocolate sauce and whipped cream.
