Never Fail Meringue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    1/2 c. boiling water
    3 egg whites
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Blend cornstarch and water in pan.
    Add boiling water and cook stirring until clear and thickened.
    Cool completely.
    Beat egg whites at high speed till foamy.
    Slowly add sugar and beat until stiff but not dry.
    Turn speed to low and add salt and vanilla.
    Gradually add cornstarch mixture, and mix with mixer. Beat at high speed and beat well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Cuts well and never gets sticky.
