Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can chunk pineapple, drained (save 3 Tbsp.)
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix together the first 4 ingredients.
    Top with mixture of the melted margarine and crushed crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly, 20 to 30 minutes.
