Sugar Snap Peas And Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. fresh sugar snap peas, trimmed
1/2 c. each: finely chopped sweet red and yellow peppers
1/4 tsp. each: salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook garlic in olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, 1 to 2 minutes.
Add peas and peppers; cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
