Peaches And Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. softened margarine
    1 pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 can sliced peaches (reserve juice)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 Tbsp. reserved peach juice
Preparation
    Combine flour, milk, egg, margarine, pudding and baking powder.
    Mix together for 2 minutes on medium speed.
    Pour into a buttered 9-inch round pan or a 10-inch pie plate.
    Layer drained peach slices over the batter.
    Combine cream cheese, peach juice and 1/2 cup sugar.
    Beat 2 minutes on medium speed; pour over peaches and batter.
    Combine the cinnamon and 1 teaspoon sugar to make cinnamon sugar and sprinkle over the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
