Chinese Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium cucumbers
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    2 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
Preparation
    Peel and seed cucumbers.
    Cut in half lengthwise and slant dice.
    Mix all other ingredients and put in refrigerator to chill. When ready to serve, pour sauce over cucumbers.
    Mix well and serve.
