Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
3 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 c. milk
pinch of nutmeg
1 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
1 can ham chunks or chicken, drained and cut up
2 pie shells (8-inch)
Preparation

Break eggs into mixing bowl with cheeses, milk and salt. Blend with mixer until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour into pie shells and bake in 350\u00b0 oven until just set and crusts are lightly browned, 18 to 20 minutes. Cut in wedges and serve.
