Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    6 oz. can tomato paste
    1/2 c. diced onions
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese or Ricotta cheese
    15 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oregano
    8 oz. lasagna noodles
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat
    in
    a
    large
    skillet,
    drain.
    Stir in the tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, diced onions, garlic salt, black pepper,
    oregano
    and
    sugar.
    Blend
    well.
    Cover
    and simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Cook noodles in boiling salted water according to package directions.
    Add oil, stir occasionally. Drain,
    rinse, drain again and separate noodles.
