Chocolate Delight Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    2 boxes powdered sugar
    2 bars German sweet chocolate
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    3 eggs
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Cream the butter, cream cheese and sugar.
    Melt chocolate in water and add vanilla.
    Add to cream cheese mixture.
    Beat well. Take out 3 cups and set aside for frosting.
    To the other part, add the 1/4 cup butter.
    Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Combine flour and soda and add to the egg-sugar mixture alternately with buttermilk.
    Spoon batter evenly into three greased 9-inch pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    After cake has cooled, put layers together with reserved sugar mixture.
    Nuts may be added to frosting.
