Basic Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slice bread, torn into small pieces
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 c. catsup
Preparation
    Mix bread, onion, celery, egg, garlic, salt and pepper. Crumble ground beef into mixture thoroughly.
    Press into loaf dish, 9 x 5-inches.
    Microwave at High (100%) until inner temperature reaches 150\u00b0, 17 to 20 minutes.
    If oven other than Sharp Carousel, rotate meat loaf once or twice during cooking.
    Spread with catsup. Microwave at Medium (50%) until catsup is heated, 2 1/2 to 4 minutes.
    Let stand 3 to 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
