Corn Crisp Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 frying chicken, cut up
1 c. corn flake crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

In a plastic bag, mix crumbs and seasonings.
Dip chicken pieces in milk.
Add to crumb mixture and shake to coat.
Place chicken, skin side up, in foil lined pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
