Ham Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked ham, chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    1 c. bread crumbs
    6 medium zucchini
    3 Tbsp. chopped mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. broth (if needed)
Preparation
    Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise.
    Simmer in salted water for 10 minutes.
    Scoop out the pulp; combine with the other ingredients.
    Stuff the zucchini shells.
    Bake for 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
