Dutch Oven Potatoes Number 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sliced potatoes
    sliced onions
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (12 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 c. beer
    pepper (optional)
    crushed red pepper (optional)
Preparation
    In a
    5-quart
    Dutch
    oven,
    add
    2 layers of potatoes, sliced onions and a portion of cream of mushroom soup.
    Add 2 more layers
    of
    potatoes,
    sliced
    onions and a layer of the Cheddar cheese soup.
    Alternate until 1-inch from top or less. Add
    beer. Cook
    at
    325\u00b0 until tender.
    A little crushed red peppers in some of the layers is a treat.
