Sweet Potato Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cubed cooked sweet potatoes
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
    4 Red Delicious apples, chopped
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
    1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip, thawed
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    In a large bowl, gently toss first six ingredients.
    Combine Cool Whip and mayonnaise; fold into fruit mixture.
    Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
    Yield:
    32 servings.
