Lime Jello - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 regular size can crushed pineapple
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
12 oz. carton Cool Whip or equivalent
2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Bring pineapple and juice to a boil.
Remove from fire and add the jello and mix until thoroughly dissolved.
Cool until it starts to set.
Then add the buttermilk and Cool Whip.
Stir until thoroughly mixed. Put into a 9 x 11-inch pan and refrigerate.
Can use other flavors of jello if desired.
