Squash Rotel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 yellow squash
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 oz. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, mashed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. cheese, grated
    Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Saute squash and onion in butter.
    Add milk, tomatoes, salt, pepper and cheese.
    Place in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with crushed Ritz crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
