Hamburg Casserole No. 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 large onion, sliced thin
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3 large potatoes, sliced thin
    4 carrots, sliced thin
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Press raw hamburger in casserole pan.
    Place sliced onion over hamburger.
    Place sliced potatoes over onions.
    Place sliced carrots over potatoes.
    Pour soup over all.
    Add grated cheese on top of all this.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours covered, then uncover and brown, about 1/2 hour.
