Green Velvet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
    1 small can pimiento
    2 pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Add enough water to reserved pineapple juice to make 1 1/2 cups; heat and dissolve jello and cream cheese.
    Add other ingredients; fold in whipping cream last.
    May be placed in a mold and refrigerated.
